How to Install Frosted Glass | Sans Soucie Art Glass Guide
Tips, Guidance & What to Expect When You’re Not Local
Ordering a custom frosted glass product online — especially one that needs to be installed — can feel intimidating. But don’t worry! We’re here to put your mind at ease.
While Sans Soucie Art Glass no longer installs our products ourselves, we’ve worked with thousands of homeowners and contractors across the country to make sure installation goes smoothly, no matter where you’re located.

Your Installer Will Be Local — But We’re Still on Your Team 🔧
Most of our orders are shipped outside our local area, and even the ones nearby are installed by other licensed professionals. That’s because we now focus exclusively on the design, craftsmanship, and shipping of your custom glass — and we do it better than anyone else!
That said, we’re still very much involved in the installation process — just not on-site. We regularly work directly with our customers’ contractors and glaziers to make sure:
- ✅ Glass sizes are correct
- ✅ Product specs are clearly communicated
- ✅ Everyone involved has what they need to ensure a smooth install
If you’re located in the Coachella Valley, we’ve got you covered too! We partner with a trusted, local licensed glass company and are happy to refer you to them for installation. We’ve worked with nearly every major glazing company in the desert since 1985, and we’re confident you’ll be in good hands.
How to Find a Quality Installer in Your Area 🧑🏭
Here are a few helpful tips for choosing someone to install your Sans Soucie product:
- Ask for recommendations from friends, realtors, or interior designers.
- Search online for “door installer” or “glass glazier” in your area and look for companies with good reviews and real project photos.
- Be sure your installer is licensed and experienced — especially for frameless glass or front doors.
- If you’re local to us, just ask — we’re happy to refer you!
